How-Do-You-Cook: Chicken Scarpariello
This recipe I wrote Italian food recipes: Chicken Scarpariello becomes memorable because I was told it became famous because it's one of those meals being regularly made and prepared by Frank Sinatra's personal chef. Hence, you'll see the Italian sounding name attached to this recipe. It's actually a variation, which I learned from my Italian-American landlord who used to own and run an Italian-American restaurant for many years. Again, this one entails some baking and other cooking techniques, the details of which you can find in my recipe.
