Recipe on Making Chicken Afritada, Italian Style


This write-up has been inspired by a feedback from my good friend Sally. She remarked: "Translation: Chicken Afritada" which actually is really appropriate in this case. I just know that my recipe on preparing Chicken Cacciatore calls for some kind of wild bird ingredient. If you're able to access a supply for this, then go for it. The recipe will turn into a wonderful delight for a meal, as long as you're using something like 'wild chicken.' Just take note, it can be mushy than you may want it to be. But enjoy preparing the meal - it's quick and easy.
