It would, certainly, get me jumping high up with ecstatic joy if the Philippine national government would become consistently more strategic, and get its act together. This will stoke the fire of turning the whole country into a prime tourist destination in Asia, with visitors coming from all over the world, including far flung continents like Europe, South America, and North America.
